- Keep. I have found precisely the variant "tradhëtoj" with the additional vowel referred to as being pronounced in a work by Albanian language scholar Kolec Topalli, who has been a member of the Academy of Sciences of Albania and also is the author of the Albanian etymological dictionary from 2017, sometimes employed as source here. I would quote this from his phonological work: "Otherwise the metathesis has not occurred where the unstressed vowel has been preserved (cf. tradhëtoj, trazoj, tromaks, trapezë, trondit, presek)."
