Yes it can, if it is colinear with one side. But the definition can certainly use improvement. You can improve it yourself ... Robert Ullmann 14:35, 11 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Actually, it can't...If it was colinear with one side, it couldn't intersect the other two. The other two would just be tangent to it.
