Needs more expansion. This definition is the flattest description of what one assumes the 3 words mean, but a work in progress has other implications, i.e. functionality - people often use something described as a work in progress without the assumption that it should be perfect. —This unsigned comment was added by 147.140.233.16 (talkcontribs) 16:52, 20 June 2008.
