The strange second meaning added 4 Jun 2005 was added by someone from North Carolina. It is possible that in the township of Chapel Hill, NC, USA this meaning may exist. Or it may be blatant self promotion, of an otherwise unrecognized entity. --Connel MacKenzie 21:49, 5 Jun 2005 (UTC)
