Description

This is a simple template intended for inclusion in the ====Usage notes==== section of a Japanese entry, where the headword is spelled in kanji or hiragana, and where the term is also commonly spelled in katakana when used in biology contexts.

Usage

This template has one optional argument, which should be the katakana spelling of the headword.

Call the template with zero arguments:

to produce:
