Unknown

This template is used in etymology sections, for terms whose origin cannot be determined. It is the last resort to display after a word's (possible) origin cannot be found anywhere. If some hypotheses have been identified, {{unc}} is used instead. It is not used if the uncertainty lies in the editor's personal knowledge, for which {{rfe}} or {{etystub}} are used.
