Takes up to 24 unnamed parameters, and generates a comma-separated list, passing over any item which is the same as the full page name.

Parameters not containing wiki markup are linked.

An empty parameter "||" is treated as a semicolon.

Bug: Whitespace after a parameter will cause that parameter to be left un-wikilinked.
