According to WT:LANGTREAT, the following are not languages.

Update, 3 December 2013: this list has been overtaken by events. All lects which LANGTREAT advises against but which still had entries in Module:languages are now up for discussion at RFM, or are mentioned on RFM as intended to be put up for discussion at a later date.

Also note w:Spurious languages: we currently include and grant codes to some lects which WP thinks may not exist, including Yiddish Sign Language and Parsi 'prp' and Parsi-Dari 'prd'. We should investigate ...
