Misc cleanup and questions

Here I collect examples of entries that are problematic. Once we figure out what to do with them, we can go through and do mass cleanups.

1. no accent: νικη...
2. no category markings: τόξο, ... (have local list)
3. start with caps: Μία Μηχανή...

• marked for deletion: πολεμος Ψάρι Μπλε...

1. done: (spelling) ωχρότιτα υγίεια αγγλομαυής...
2. γάϊδαρος γραφίς ...

1. [[Category:el:Dogs]] -- there's only one article in it. What is this for? Should check more of the categories...

And then, for entertainment value:

1. Βιβλίο -- caught my eye because in the comments it says "ρεδιρεψτ" (and this actually is a redirect to the right thing :-) ).
