- Yes i'm native speaker of Neapolitan, you have to know Neapolitan people are oppressed by Italians, much like palestinians in Israel or irish speakers in Northern Ireland etc. so we Neapolitans speak also Italian. Moreover I've studied Englis (like everyone on this world) German, French (very similar to Neapolitan, my first language) and a little spanish (it's very similar to Italian, my second language)
