- Just one more minor point I'd like to add. Since sadly most English speakers don't even know the name of the language, Telugu, we prefer to wikify it to "advertise" to people that they ought to look it up and find out what it means, then a few more people will know that Telugu exists, and where it comes from. What I'm saying is that it's better to do this:
- *[[Telugu]]: xxx yyy zzz
- than this:
- *Telugu: xxx yyy zzz
- We do the same for all language names we might consider "exotic", which means typical American or British English speakers are likely to not know that such a language exists or even in which country(ies) it might be spoken.
