Are you sure that Turkish nouns start with a capital letter? SemperBlotto 15:06, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
- I am 'partially' Turkish and normally nouns are written with a capital letter when they stand alone in a line such as this. PinkPanthress 15:31, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
- I'm pretty sure that you should change it to lowercase then. The entry in Wiktionary (if it exists) will be lowercase. See Category:Turkish nouns for more examples. SemperBlotto 15:34, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
- Maydanoz wasn't in that list, besides even if, most turkish people don't take the turkish grammar too serious when they extend pages on Wiktionary or Wikipedia that's why it is most written in small letters, yet it should be written with a capital letter. Please take a look at this page. http://tr.wiktionary.org/wiki/parsley This should clarify that the M should be a capital letter in this word. PinkPanthress 15:45, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
- NO. Edit that entry and you will see that the lowercase entry has been "piped" to appear uppercase on the screen. If you click on the link - it will take you to the lowercase entry. SemperBlotto 15:55, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
- It does not change the fact that I am Turkish and in School I did learn that words like that are written with a capital letter. Do not take an offense in this, but do you know Turkish aside from what you read here? PinkPanthress 16:03, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
