  • Nomination: I hereby nominate ObsequiousNewt (talk • contribs) as a local English Wiktionary Administrator. He does a lot of work on Ancient Greek, and would be facilitated in that by being able to edit certain protected pages (e.g. Module:languages/data3/g) and being able to delete others (see, for example, WT:RFDO#More superfluous grc templates). In my experience, he is reasonable in discussions and produces high-quality, reliable contributions. He has edited here since October 2012, and has been very active since the beginning of this year; accordingly, I think he has the sufficient experience and has displayed the appropriate competence and dedication that warrant this nomination for administratorship. — I.S.M.E.T.A. 22:19, 24 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Acceptance: Accepted in general per nom. I haven't been (and would prefer not to start) patrolling RC or making vandalism efforts—my work is solely in content editing, and I have not yet had a reason to get involved with other users except for policy questions—but when it comes to that, I am willing to carry out what is agreed upon, and I hope I can serve Wiktionary well.
