biddee (plural biddees)
- The previous owner of property who is transferring ownership of that property to a new owner as a result of bidding ("placing a bid").
- 1961, Minutes of Evidence Taken Before the Company Law Committee First Day, Friday, 23rd September, 1960-Twentieth Day, Friday, 24th March, 1961, issues 11-20, page 802:
- The offer must state clearly whether it is proposed to make any payment or grant any benefit (by or from the bidder or the biddee) to the directors of the biddee for loss of office or early retirement

Observation result is conveyed to the biddee.
