From kollur (“head”) + vik (“gap”).
Noun[edit]
kollvik n
- the triangular area of the corners of the forehead's hairline (where male pattern baldness usually begins)
- há kollvik ― for the corners of the forehead's hairline to be very far back (usually, but not always, due to male pattern maldness, i.e. a receding hairline)
