  1. (slang, ethnic slur, offensive, African-American Vernacular) A moment in which emotion or ignorance overpowers one's rationality, causing an outburst of irrational aggression.

      The victim in a “nigger moment” may, in turn, identify his or her abuser as a racist—the most powerful verbal weapon in the black person's arsenal.
