      […] cha dùth dha a bhi fialuidh no pailt-làmhach a thaobh nam feadhnach againne. Chan eil sinne a' faighinn uair sam bith ach an spruidhleach a thuiteas o a bhòrd-san.

     He doesn't have to be hospitable or generous towards us. We are only ever getting the crumbs that fall from his table.
