- (intransitive) to stamp one's feet out of annoyance or vexation
- Esprimante malplaĉon pri la fandiĝita glaciaĵo, la petola knabo laŭte ĝemis kaj stamfis kvazaŭ ĉevalo.
- Displeased with the melted ice cream, the petulant boy groaned loudly and stamped his feet like a horse.
