Compare Odia ମୁଁ (mũ), Kamta মুই (mui), মইঁ (moĩ), Sylheti ꠝꠥꠁ (mui), Punjabi ਮੈਂ (maĩ), Nepali म (ma), Bengali মুই (mui), Rohingya mui, Marathi मी (mī), Hindustani मैं (ma͠i) / میں (ma͠i) all deriving from oblique forms of the first-person personal pronoun.
