@Mar vin kaiser: Yeah I remember seeing something like "chu" before for 煮 in Dictionario Sino-Hispanicum too. Though, Manuel (1948) has a different character he recommended before. Also @Ysrael214:, careful with Chan-Yap's 1977 paper hosted in SIL. I'd recommend Chan-Yap's 1980 paper at SEALang instead, since she made a few tiny almost unnoticeable corrections to some characters and romanizations she used in the 1980 paper from her 1977 paper, like in Tagalog huweteng. I'd just use the 1977 paper to cross-reference with her 1980 paper for things like that or we'll end up like how the Filchi Chinese newspapers are still utilizing outdated content from her 1977 paper that she already corrected.--Mlgc1998 (talk) 09:05, 30 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
