ひょうえふ, ひょうえづかさ: 兵衛 (hyōe, tsuwamonotoneri, “soldier guard; bodyguard”) + 府 (“agency”)
つわもののとねりのつかさ: 兵 (“strongman; warrior; soldier”) + の (genitive marker) + 舎人 (toneri, “valet; footman”) + の + 府
