Unstressed form[edit]

@Appolodorus1 (and other authors): why does this page provide definitions and quotations for the unstressed form je? I would have expected this form to provide only the stressed form because this page is about it, and move the unstressed ones to je. For example, Je mag hier niet zwemmen. does mean Swimming is not allowed here., Jij mag hier niet zwemmen would probably not mean this but instead something like Specifically you are not allowed to swim here. I think adding the two additional definitions causes confusion, are there any good arguments for keeping them here? Thanks — NickK (talk) 14:48, 19 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

Good point, feel free to move it. Appolodorus1 (talk) 20:32, 19 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

Please let me know if you, as a non-native speaker, have suggestions for additional usage examples around jij/je/jou/jouw . Appolodorus1 (talk) 09:15, 22 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
