     Ngoài ra, Khoản 8 Điều 3 Luật Hôn nhân và gia đình 2014 giải thích về Tảo hôn như sau:
     Tảo hôn là việc lấy vợ, lấy chồng khi một bên hoặc cả hai bên chưa đủ tuổi kết hôn theo quy định tại điểm a khoản 1 Điều 8 của Luật này.
     Theo quy định trên, nam giới kết hôn khi 18 tuổi được coi là tảo hôn, đây hành vi bị cấm theo quy định của luật hôn nhân.

     Moreover, Subclause 8, Clause 3, the Marriage and Family Act of 2014, explains premature marriage as follows:
     Premature marriage is marriage while either or both partners are not of the marriageable ages codified in point a, subclause 1, clause 8 of this Act.
     According to this regulation, marriages involve 18-year-old males are considered premature marriages and are forbidden by the act.
